Journal of Engineering and Scientific Research (JESR) is initiated and persistently managed by a group of lecturers from interdisciplinary fields in the Engineering Faculty, Universitas Lampung. JESR is a peer-reviewed international journal that publishes original research and critical review articles in engineering and applied sciences.

JESR accepts manuscripts from and is not limited to all engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, industrial, civil and environment, chemical and industrial, information technology, geophysics, geodesy, etc.), architecture, applied science (agrotechnology, biomedical, applied physics, applied chemistry, materials, computer, biotechnology, etc.), and other multidisciplinary research. The main criteria for publication include originality, scientific quality, and interest in the aim and focus.

There is no submission fee, review fee, and also publication fee for publishing your work with JESR. All costs are sponsored by Universitas Lampung, Indonesia.

SINTA S4 Accreditation Status

We are delighted to announce that JESR has been accredited by the National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) Managed by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Republic Indonesia with Grade 4th (Sinta S4) since Vol. 1 No. 1 June 2019 until Vol. 10 No. 2 Dec 2028 according to the decree 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 dated on 21 March 2025.

JESR plans to submit the Scopus index consideration in 2026.

CALL FOR PAPERS: Journal of Engineering and Scientific Research (JESR) cordially invites researchers and scholars to submit their original manuscripts for the upcoming publication of Vol. 8 No. 1, scheduled for release on June 30, 2026. As a peer-reviewed international journal currently accredited with Sinta S4 until 2028, JESR offers a high-quality platform for research in Mechanical, Electrical, Information Technology, Civil and Environment, Geophysics, Geodesy, Agrotechnology, Biomedical, and Biotechnology, among other multidisciplinary fields. Authors should note the submission deadline of April 30, 2026, with the review process concluding by May 30 and final revisions due by June 15, 2026. There are no APCs for submission, review, or publication, as all costs are fully sponsored by the Faculty of Engineering and LPPM Universitas Lampung. This issue presents 11 original research articles from various engineering disciplines, including mechanical and industrial engineering, civil and geophysical engineering, informatics and electrical engineering, as well as chemical engineering. We believe that this issue, and future issues of JESR, will contribute meaningfully to the advancement of science and technology and to meeting current and emerging engineering needs.
